Yes, you can share patient identifiable information on Pando, and this is why:

  2. None of the information you share on Pando is stored permanently on your personal device
  3. Everything is held on certified UK based secure servers
  4. Pando meets all of the NHS Digital guidelines
  5. Pando is PIN protected and its security features make it compliant with GMC/RCN guidance on Information Governance

What makes Pando secure?

Access to patient data only by invitation from an existing team member.
  3. Protecting Users
Data is stored on the server & never on users’ phones.
  4. Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit & transferred via the HTTPS (SSL/TLS) protocol.
  5. Storing Data Safely
Data is stored at a UK based data centre hosted by AWS & compliant with all relevant ISO standards (ISO27001).
  6. NHS Information Governance
Security is at the centre of our design and technical developments. We have built Forward in line with all IG recommendations & regulations from NHS Digital. Forward meets all NHS & GMC standards on confidentiality.
